RiskClear Direct is a simplified version of RiskClear that is
available for each of your general staff to report incidents,
hazards, and feedback directly into RiskClear.
RiskClear is typically utilised by senior staff and management, whilst
RiskClear Direct is utilised by general staff for a convenient
streamlined experience.
Then nominated management staff complete the risk analysis and assign further actions as necessary to finalise the record
Staff can access the Document Register to view policies and procedures, and access their own Training Register
Other RiskClear Quality functions such as Clinical Indicators and Quality Improvements can also be entered using RiskClear Direct
RiskClear provides feedback to the staff member on the outcome of their report
Users can log repair requests into the Repair Log for actioning by their Supervisor
